Drink drive limit?I hear a lot about the drink drive limit, and some stories of offenders who were 3 or 4 times over the limit. What actually is the limit in the UK, we only seem to have it in scientific code, I realise that the limit is different for everyone, but taking an average male, how many pints of carling would take him over the limit?

Why is it that so called binge drinking has become so media focused. And why is binge drinking associated with only 3-4 drinks!, thats not a binge thats a usual friday night.I hear a lot about the drink drive limit, and some stories of offenders who were 3 or 4 times over the limit. How to pay off past due assigned to Collection Agency? There is a legal process known as "accord and satisfaction." If you owe the money and at least dispute part of it, or dispute the debt in its entirety, then you can use this process.

My suggestion would be to contact them and see what the bill is for, don't agree to any payments over the phone, determine if they have any settlement authority.

If it is a debt of yours, then you will want to send them a letter with a check. The letter should explain that you are in good faith disputing all or some of the debt and that the enclosed check (suggest about $30-35) is for payment in full of the debt and acceptance of the check signifies their acceptance as payment in full AND that they will completely remove all reports to the major credit bureaus. The check would need to be restrictively endorsed also.

If you don't owe the money, there are several tactics you can take, but they are often time consuming and costly. It may involve filing suit against them, which would mean suing them where they are at (probably another state) so attorney's fees (which you may be awarded if you win, but don't count on it), court costs and simply your time and energy would have to be expended.

are you moving? there is no such thing as stress free.. I just moved with alot more time than that. first of all.. go get a set of clean sheets for each of your beds. when you break down those beds to move add the pillows and blankets.. get this box or bag in your car so they don't get lost in the many boxes.. my mom insisted on making my beds up when i moved and i was very thankful at the end of my move day!! since you are moving in just a few days.. start in one room and pack the whole thing.. if you have breakables that would break your heart if broken.. mark them well.. even consider putting them in your own car.. don't even move the boxes. leave them in the room you pack them..Have the movers move your kitchen in the truck last, so it is the first thing moved in to the new place. that way you can start to unpack the kitchen.. mark the box with the coffee machine, you don't want to be searching for that come Mon morning! If you have other valuables.. jewelry etc. do not mark the box specifiably (another i would consider putting in your own car) just mark breakable.. if you are having the moving company pack your stuff up.. i would still do the bedding and the breakables yourself..If the Moving Company is going to pack also, just pack your personal item that you will need almost immediately.

Are you flying or driving to your destination? If driving, take your coffee pot, toaster, etc. with you.

If you are packing yourself: Take one room at a time and label that room. Take a break and begin the next room. (Hope your house is not too big). Take it easy, break it down into sections, keep a positive attitude and it will not seem so overwhelming.
