What are the drink drive laws in most countries? ou can get into a lot of trouble. People get caught a lot. I have friends that have been caught. An alcohol content of .08 (equivalent to 1 beer/drink) can get you a DUI (driving under the influence). It stays on your record for about 10 years. You get your license taken away, your car impounded, you go to jail for the night and sometimes, they make you take alcoholic anonymous classes. It's different in every state but typically in California, the law is strictly enforced. Mainly due to thousands of fatal car accidents in California that have been occurring due to drinking and driving.
One DUI isn't too bad but 2 or 3 on your record can make it difficult for you to obtain a good job.
Also, if you get caught and your under the age of 21, the consequences are even worse. It usually takes 2 to 3 years to get your license back.as long as you have no morals about the possiblity of putting someone's elses live in jeopardy go right ahead. I'm not worried about your life being in jeopardy if you are making the decision to drink and drive.. just the innocent people who will go down with you. With your luck you'd probably be the only one involved who will live and will spend a whole lot of your life in prison. if your'e in Massachusetts having this kind of trouble
Massachusetts oui lawyer can help you with it. hope you'll learn something :)
